Alan S. Nopar, a Stanford Law School graduate, has been practicing law for over 28 years, and is a CPA as well as a licensed California real estate broker. Mr. Nopar practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business and corporate law, and franchise law. Attorney Nopar is a member of the American Bar Association Business Law Section, Real Property Law Section, and the Forum on Franchising.
Attorney David P. Kraus (of counsel) is a graduate of Stanford Law School and a summa cum laude graduate of UCLA. He has represented numerous businesses, developers, brokers and real estate professionals in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, divestiture, leasing and financing transactions involving vacant land, shopping centers, office buildings and commercial/industrial buildings. David is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust.
Attorneys Robert E. Patterson brings years of litigation experience to the firm. He recently won a major fraud and breach of contract case resulting in a substantial punitive damage award in favor of one of the firm’s clients. Mr. Patterson has successfully handled numerous bench and jury trials, and is renowned for being an aggressive and tenacious trial attorney. He is also particularly adept at negotiating settlements with insurance company defendants.
